well I tried to get shane on SSI and they denied us was just wanting to know if anyone else has ssi and how the went about getting it We are next to broke and all this traveling around to different drs is cutting into money we need for bills and money to live on and was hoping to get extra help so we would be able to give him the best care we can and I don't know what else to try and one have any ideas please let me know sassycountrygal25@yahoo.com

Hi my name is Ana, my 10 mth son Julian also has pffd right leg. I also have been denied by ssi for him. Denied twice and i appealed it, waiting to hear back from ssi with a date to go in front of the adminstrative judge w/ssi. I got a lawyer to try to help me fight it. All i can say is just keep trying, dont give up, because when shane does get approved they will have to pay all that back money from when u 1st applied.

Hi Ana, my name is Malikah, my nine month old baby girl Kaiah has PFFD and I too am in the appeal process in trying to obtain her right to SSI. It's discouraging to say the least but I am determined not to give up! They are just uninformed how can we inform them about PFFD so no one else has to go thru this very frustrating process?
